Hartwell (hartwelluk.shop) is operated by SN DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (EIN 98-1942894). Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This is the company's registered address only. It is not an office, warehouse or returns address, and products must not be sent to it.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of hartwelluk.shop and to any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and sizes accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include all applicable taxes, customs duties and import charges. Shipping to the United Kingdom is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. There are no additional shipping or import charges payable by the customer. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; your payment is encrypted and we do not store your full card details.

3. Orders

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; in that case you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners' warehouses in China, with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing us. UK customers also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return shipping is paid by us. To request a return, email hello@hartwelluk.shop; you will receive the return instructions and the return address after contacting us. 6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Hartwell or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
